BodyTalk can be used alone or can be integrated into any healthcare system to increase its effectiveness.

Accunect: Is a powerful yet simple energy healing system for promoting health and assisting the body to heal at a physical, mental and spiritual level. Rescue Remedy is a well known Bach flower remedy that is still widely used today for stress and trauma. I have chosen to use the ‘First Light Flower Essences’, all the flowers used are solely native to New Zealand. Flower essences correct imbalances at an emotional, mental and spiritual level to bring harmony and joy from within.
